IS30X module is a dual frequency module supports 125KHz & 13.56Mhz read-only module.It has buzzer and double color led for prompt,with optional interface of TTL ,RS232 and USB-HID which is widly used for access control system,time attendence and fingerprint device.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: 1-3 days for Sample preparing ,5-10 working days for mass production.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for rfid reader/module order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 3-5 days to arrive. There are some cheaper opitions for certain area which takes more time like 8-20 days, like Express Southeast Asia,Middle East Express,ARAMEX,South America Express.

A: Yes, we offer 5 years warranty to our products.
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be no more than 0.2%, therefore, 0.2% of defective products are considered normal and do not require after-sales service.
Secondly, during the guarantee period,For small quantity, we can send new items with the next order to replace the faulty goods. For large quantity, faulty goods can be returned to us for repairing or replacing.
